History Life Onlus nasce dalla passione di un gruppo di volontari per la storia, l’arte e il cinema. Grazie alle tue donazioni finanziamo borse di studio, restauri, laboratori educativi e progetti sociali che contrastano la dispersione scolastica e promuovono la memoria storica.

Ogni euro donato si trasforma in opportunità reali per bambini e comunità svantaggiate.

Agevolazioni fiscali e riferimenti normativi

  • Persone fisiche (art. 83, c. 1, D.Lgs 117/2017): detrazione IRPEF 30 % fino a 30.000 € annui.
  • Società ed enti (art. 83, c. 2, D.Lgs 117/2017): deducibilità fino al 10 % del reddito d’impresa; eccedenze riportabili a 4 anni o, in alternativa, art. 100 TUIR (30.000 € / 2 %).

Le erogazioni devono essere tracciabili.

Tax benefits & legal references

  • Individuals (Art. 83 §1, Leg. Decree 117/2017): 30 % IRPEF deduction up to €30,000 per year.
  • Companies & entities (Art. 83 §2, Leg. Decree 117/2017): deduction up to 10 % of taxable income; excess can be carried forward 4 years, or Art. 100 TUIR alternative (up to €30,000 or 2 %).
